If you like to take swimming lessons for next term, you will have to register a month before the term starts. Because to make a smooth class schedule. If you do not make full pay that day, you may not be able to keep your place. Please understand.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRADE

Services

Jins Sports Swim School provides comprehensive water safety and learn to swim programmes. Each programme is arranged separately and is charged for in accordance with our prices which may vary during the year. Prior notification of any price changes will be given through emails or text. Please contact us for further information on prices and for swim programme timetables.

Programming of Lessons

Jins Sports Swim School’s swim programmes operate throughout the year, continuing through school holidays. We do however close on public holidays, Easter Weekend and Christmas (Please see payment explanation). Jins Sports Swim School reserves the right to change lesson times and teachers due to booking demands.

Booking Confirmation

At present we accept bookings online, www.jinsports.co.nz  or by email:  Jinswimming@outlook.com You will receive confirmation  of your booking by email or text( WeChat).

Please Note – Due to demand and online bookings we are not able to take pencil bookings. Once a booking has been made, it is taken as a confirmed booking.

Fees

Please note we will  invoice you the term invoice 3weeks  before the end of the term and  you can pay cash or deposite  the fee by internet banking within one week from the invoice date.
Our fee is charged by a term or a school holiday.

Fees for the holiday swim programmes must be paid in full upon making your booking.

If a payment is overdue by  2 weeks then we will send a final notice of still unpaid then future class will be  cancelled.

Notice of Withdrawal

you then decide to withdraw your child from swimming lessons there will be no refund but make up lessons for the payment made.

Please note it is your responsibility to provide Jins Sports Swim School with a notice of withdrawal  by email or text 2 weeks prior to the withdrawal.

Required Swimwear for Lessons

Jins Sports Member Group Swimming Caps are required for children registered with the fee of $15
Girls Fitting one piece togs (no bikinis, rash vests or board shorts)
Boys Fitting swim briefs or shorts (nylon rugby shorts are suitable)
Goggles are required  at all time.

Parental Supervision

Safety of children/swimmers at Jins Sports Swim School is of primary concern. To reduce the risk of accidents, safety measures are in place at the Jins Sports Swim School facility. However, it is the parent’s or caregiver’s responsibility to ensure the children’s safety at all times while on Jins Sports Swim School’s premises as well as when the lesson is over, the student needs to be picked up promptly as it has been warned by the swimming pool authorities that there shouldn’t  be any children’s entry without adult supervision.  Jins Sports Swim School has no responsibilities on any accidents happening in the swimming pool.

Missed / Make Up Lessons

Jins Sports Swim School need to be notified  1days( on the day cancellation no make up lesson) prior to booked lessons if a child is ill or cannot attend, this must be done via email or text.
Subject to availability, between both parties (Jins Sports Swim School and the Client). Jins Sports Swim School can offer Two Make Up Lesson per participant , per term for unforeseeable reasons such as injuries/ illness covid -19 isolation Make up lessons can only booked 2 days in advance, via email or text.  Refunds or credits are not provided as an alternative. Please be aware that students must have an active booking in order to be qualify, make up lessons are not transferrable to other students.

Privacy Policy

Jins Sports Swim School reserves the right to collect personal information from you for the purposes of enrolment. This information will be used to assist us in providing swim school services and for any other purpose you may authorise. Jins Sports Swim School undertakes to maintain your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 and any subsequent amendments or variations thereof.

If for any reason you are unhappy with our services, please let us know and we will endeavour to fix it.
